Ambassador of Georgia met undersecretary of the Department of Economic Development

On May 11, 2026, the Ambassador of Georgia, Giorgi Janjgava, held a meeting with Hamad Sayah Al Mazrouei, undersecretary of the Department of Economic Development of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The meeting also attended by the Director General of Economic Policy of the same Department, Mohammed Al Shaiba Al Shariani, Director of Trade Relations, Khaled Mubarak Al Busayed, and the Chief Treasurer of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce, Masoud Rahma Al Masoud.

At the meeting the parties emphasized the strategic cooperation and positive political and economic relations between the two countries, which is confirmed by the recent high-level state visits between the countries.

During the conversation, was expressed the readiness to deepen cooperation in the fields of attracting investments, agriculture, tourism, energy and public services. Georgia's successful experience in these areas were emphasized.
