Certify of document issuance by the administrative bodies of Georgia

The Consulate certifies the Fact that the Documents held by the applicant have been issued by the Georgian Administrative Authorities.

Documents to be attached online at https://geoconsul.gov.ge/en/consular-services

  1. The document which has to be attested by the Consulate shall be stamped and signed by the Ministry of Justice of Georgia;
  2. E-application filled, printed, (signed by applicant on last page), scanned and attached back in the system (https://geoconsul.gov.ge/en/consular-services);
  3. Applicant Passport copy;
  4. Applicant Residence Visa copy or Emirates Residence ID copy;
  5. Consular Fee (92 AED, equivalent of 25 USD per each document) payment receipt (in English) to attach. Applicant shall bear all costs related to ADCB Bank Fees. Bank Account details is attached to the second page.

Once above mentioned steps are completed, the application will be verified to ensure all documents and data are submitted correctly. Following the Consular Officer approval, applicant shall proceed to send via post (applicant shall bear Postal fees for delivery and collection) to the Embassy address (#20 Al Udhouq Street, Abu Dhabi) following original documents: 

  1. Original Document stamped and signed by the Ministry of Justice of Georgia;
  2. Printed copy of each Original Document;
  3. Printed copy of E-application, signed by the applicant;
  4. Applicant’s Passport copy;
  5. Applicant’s Residence Visa or Emirates residence ID copy;
  6. Consular Fee (92 AED, equivalent of 25 USD) payment receipt (in English, original receipt if it is possible.

In the system, Applicant clicks delivery method by post (not visiting the Consulate, as currently Embassy accepts only documents delivered by the post). Please ask Courier to provide printed prepaid return airway bill. 

  • Each document should be uploaded in scanned form pdf. (Photos made by phone will be rejected).
  • Consular process requires up to 7 working days since original document and required printed copies reach the Embassy of Georgia in the UAE. Once certified applicant will receive phone call or e-mail notification from the Embassy to arrange collection.

Don’t interact with bank teller/operator, as the teller service is charged with additional 52.5 AED, which than has to be settled by applicant.
