Certify of document issuance by the administrative bodies of Georgia

The Consulate certifies the Fact that the Documents held by the applicant have been issued by the Georgian Administrative Authorities.

Documents to be attached:

(copies of each document should be uploaded as scanned form (pdf))

1. The original document;
2. E-application filled, printed, (signed by applicant on last page), scanned and attached back in the system.
3. Applicant’s Passport;
4. Consular fee payment receipt in English indicating applicant's name (92 AED, equivalent of 25 USD).

Once above mentioned steps are completed, the application will be verified to ensure all documents and data are submitted correctly. Submiting the application at the Embassy can be arranged post (applicant shall bear Postal fees for delivery and collection) to the Embassy address (#Embassy of Georgia, Villa 20, Al Udhouq Street, Abu Dhabi, POB: 107886) following original documents:

1. Original Document;
2. Printed copy of each Original Document;
3. Printed copy of E-application, signed by the applicant;
4. Applicant’s Passport copy;
5. Printed copy of the payment receipt indicating applicant's name.

Consular process requires up to 10 working days since original document and required printed copies reach the Embassy of Georgia in the UAE. Once certified applicant will receive phone call or e-mail notification from the Embassy to arrange collection.

*Collection is only possible on Modays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10AM to 12PM.
