Visa Information
Citizens of the United Arab Emirates may enter and stay in Georgia without a visa for one full year. Individuals who hold a visa or residence permit of the United Arab Emirates may enter and stay in Georgia without a visa for 90 calendar days in any 180-day period.
Citizens and Residents of the UAE - for the purpose of entering and staying in Georgia without visa, a residence permit (visa or the UAE Residence ID -Emirates ID) of a respective country shall be valid on the day of entry into and departure from Georgia, which must be evidenced by the valid National Passport or other valid appropriate travel document (Passport needs to be valid minimum 90 days).
Except citizens of the countries listed below will be allowed to enter Georgia without visa for 90 calendar days in any 180-day period based on visa and/or a residence permit of the United Arab Emirates, only if the mentioned visa is multiple-entry and as of the date of entry to Georgia (crossing the border) validity period of the visa and/or a residence permit is no less than 1 year, which must be evidenced by a travel and/or other appropriate document.
Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cameroon, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Ghana, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Syria, Yemen
If the residency of the countries listed above is less than 1 year, apply for (C1 category visa – to persons arriving in Georgia for tourism purposes)-visa duration is only 30 calendar days.

Visa requirements (Each document should be in English and uploaded in scanned form pdf):
1. Applicant’s Passport or Travel Document copy;
2. Applicant’s UAE Residence ID (Emirates ID);
3. Travel or health insurance (must cover the period of the visit);
4. Proof of accommodation;
5. Return flight ticket;
6. Proof of bank statement for last 3 months;
7. Payment receipt
8. E-application filled, printed, (signed by applicant on last page), scanned and attached back in the system.
Note: In case of the applicant is under 18, a copy of the Father’s Passport should be uploaded and fill in with the Father’s name in the representative cell.
*Kindly note that you have to create a separate application for each family member with separate payment.
Once above mentioned steps are completed, send a copy of the application to the

Then the application will be verified to ensure all documents and data are submitted correctly. Following the Consular Officer approval, applicant will receive phone call or e-mail notification from the Embassy for passport submission (Applicant shall bear Postal fees for delivery and collection).
With UAE Tourist Multi Visa, Holders of valid multi-entry UAE visa. Validity of Multi-Entry Visa have to exceed three month to the duration of the requested dates of Georgian Visa; or apply if your multi visa is less than 3 months, apply https://www.evisa.gov.ge
Immigration visas of the following categories shall be issued:
· D1 category – to individuals arriving in Georgia to conduct labor activities; representatives and consultants of companies and firms who travel to Georgia to perform their official duties; aliens entering Georgia to work under concluded contracts; individuals arriving in Georgia to carry out entrepreneurial activity under the Law of Georgia on Entrepreneurs;

· D3 category – to persons arriving in Georgia to study or conduct research in or at the premises of authorized educational institutions in Georgia; persons arriving in Georgia to study under international programmers;

· D5 category – to persons who, under the procedure established by the legislation of Georgia, have the right of ownership of real property within the territory of Georgia (other than agricultural land) with its market value exceeding USD 100 000 equivalent in Georgian Lari, and to his/her spouse and child/children. To grant D5 immigration visa, the market value of the real property shall be established by a certified assessor of a body accredited by the Legal Entity under Public Law – the Georgian Unified National Accreditation Body - Georgian Accreditation Centre.
D5 Immigration, ordinary and transit visa - requirements (ownership)
Embassy of Georgia in the UAE is eligible to receive visa applications only from:
· Holders of valid UAE Residence ID (Emirates ID) or valid multi-entry UAE visa. Validity of both Residence ID and Multi-Entry Visa have to exceed three month to the duration of the requested dates of Georgian Visa;
· In any other case (including yours), you shall apply to the Georgian Embassy in your country of origin, or in a third country, which is located Georgian Embassy and it is covering also relations with your country of origin. You can check the list of Georgian Embassies at the www.mfa.gov.ge
You must be able to present the following documents at the Georgian State border, if it is requested by the MIA Border Police of Georgia:
1. Travel Document: valid passport or other valid appropriate travel document;
2. Valid residence permit;
3. Original UAE Residence ID (Emirates ID);
4. Proof of accommodation;
5. Travel or health insurance must (cover the period of the visit);
6. Document proving sufficient financial means;
7. Return flight ticket.
Final decision to cross the border made by the Georgian Immigration Authority.
