Ambassador of Georgia met with Speaker of the Federal National Council of the United Arab Emirates

On 7 July 2026, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia, George Janjgava, held a meeting with H.E. Saqr Ghobash, Speaker of the Federal National Council of the United Arab Emirates.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the dynamically developing political, economic and cultural relations between Georgia and the United Arab Emirates, as well as opportunities for further enhancing bilateral cooperation. They also exchanged views on prospects for strengthening interparliamentary relations between the two countries and organizing joint activities. In addition, particular attention was paid to the importance of parliamentary delegation visits and to promoting active communication between the parliamentary friendship groups.
